I’m Jennifer Stutz, your Board Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, and I get it. I’ve been there too.

As a realtor in NYC, one of the country’s craziest markets, I was always “too busy” to be taking care of my health. But this led to some pretty serious health setbacks such as stress, trouble sleeping, poor eating habits, emotional /mental health decline, lack of exercise /movement, lack of connections with relationships / support and chronic conditions.

Inspired by my own holistic health experience, I’m passionate about helping others create positive changes in their health routine. It’s more than just a “one-and-done” solution. It’s a journey that gives you the confidence, power, skill set and support to stay consistent in your routines and take full ownership of your health journey.

Jennifer M Stutz has combined both her passions of homes and health into her work as a Health Coach. As an award-winning and well-connected realtor for over 20 years, Jennifer specializes in helping others in the real estate profession and busy corporate world achieve better overall health and wellness. 

Working in the competitive real estate market of New York City, she has risen to success in the industry through her levels of connection and trust she builds with her clients. Jennifer has taken her knowledge and skills in the business and transferred them into her work with her health coach clients, working to provide a high degree of care and service, while providing them with educational resources, and superior level of communication and transparency. In the real estate world, she handles the many stresses of buying a home with her clients.

Transferring that into her coaching work, she specializes and incorporates a focus on mindset, helping clients to be aware of their thought patterns and work towards reducing stress and anxiety. Just like finding the perfect home can take some time, she recognizes that the journey towards a healthy life is a process, and helps clients achieve patience in the process. Acting as a resource for her clients, she helps them recognize their strengths, and works with them to utilize these aspects to achieve resilience in their health and wellness goals.

It is these qualities and more that she now brings into her work as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. As she has worked as a friend and advocate for her home buyers, she does this as a health coach, providing clients with systems of support and care in order to achieve and maintain their goals, while doing it in a way that authentically connects and increases their abilities to succeed in their health transformation.

Jennifer brings her skills of education to her clients, allowing them to understand the reasoning for their treatment plans, and helps them to feel empowered in their healthy life choices. She provides her clients with the tools for making positive and lasting changes, and guides and supports them through the difficult hurdles one can face in forming new habits and routines, allowing them to persevere through these changes. I decided to learn about the wellness field and become a certified functional medicine health & wellness coach when I experienced my own health setbacks in my late 40’s.

I thought I was someone who was always health conscious, consistent with working out/movement and healthy eating with a vegetarian (now vegan) diet. However, I didn’t have the best relationship with my overall health and wellness, Mind & Body connection wasn’t there.

I was working 7 days a week straight for a couple of years and was experiencing high stress & anxiety. My work performance was affected. I had a lack of energy, my reactions to co-workers and clients were quick and judgmental, I was irritated and negative towards my workload. It doesn't stop there. I also suffered from a lack of concentration and creativity, as well as stomach problems. I wasn’t getting enough sleep (only 4-5 hours) and was I exhausted, not clear-headed. I hit a wall."

When I went to my doctor to get a checkup, my cholesterol levels were very high as well as elevated blood pressure. With a family history of heart disease and other chronic illnesses, I needed to immediately change my lifestyle factors.

I became aware of what I needed mentally, emotionally and physically. With meditation, journaling, positivity, supportive relationships, movement and diet. I have been able maintain and protect my inner peace and boundaries.

There are no limits at any point in your life to change….no limits.
